Two options
Bullet-resistant security glass offers protection even from powerful weaponry, in the form of Vetrogard® and Polygard® Bullet. These ultra-tough glass solutions come in both splintering and non-splintering options.
Non-splintering
Even if the glass is broken in an attack it does not splinter into sharp fragments but remains bonded to the interlayer, so there is less risk of injury to anyone nearby.
- Tested: no perforation of the glazing by the bullet or parts of the bullet, and no perforation of the witness foil by glass splinters from the rear face.
Splintering
Where there is no danger of injury to those nearby, the splintering option is a cost-effective alternative.

Classified and certified
Bullet resistant security glass is classified from BR1 to BR7 and SG1 / SG2, certified to European standard EN 1063. Every class is proved by shooting test with the weapon it is rated against.
