Metal Doors & Bin Chute Doors (Fire-Rated & Non-Fire-Rated)

We specialise in Fire and Non-Fire-Rated Electro-Galvanised (EG) Non-Insulated Steel Doors and Galvanised Steel Doors (GI) for Refuse/Bin Chute Doors and Non-Fire-Rated Louvre Doors. Our fire-rated doors are tested in accordance in accordance with BS EN 1634-1:2014 + A1:2018 Part 1 Our fire-rated and non-fire-rated Metal Swing Doors come with frames and ironmongeries such as door closers, lever handles, mortise sash locks, thumb-turn cylinders, door bolts, door selectors, hinges, night latches, cup handles, panic bars, etc. They are available in a variety of specifications and customisable to your requirements with fire ratings of 0.5-hour to 2-hour.

Metal doors are exceptionally durable & easy to maintain.  They do not retain or absorb moisture therefore will not twist or warp when exposed to the humidity of the environment. Besides, they are termite/pest-free. Metal doors are also more resistant to fire.

Fire doors perform two vital functions in a fire: they form a barrier to stop the spread of fire when closed & provide a means of escape for occupants when opened.

Fire Ratings (0.5-hour to 2-hour)

The design of a building, the nature of its business, and the location of the fire door will determine the category of fire rating required. Our fire doors are mainly used as entrance doors, staircase exit doors, riser & electrical doors, refuse/bin chute doors, etc with fire ratings of 0.5-hour to 2-hour.

Finishes

Our metal doors are primer coated and you can select from a range of surface protection such as PU Spray Paint (weather-proof), Fluorocarbon, and powder coat with a wide selection of colours or even with design such as veneer finish as a final coat.
